
I have worked in many different industries; the main ones being Construction, Transport and Haulage, Property Development and Telecommunications. I have provided admin supporting services to each of them with duties such as personal assistant, fleet manager, book keeping, event management, and establishing and streamlining office processes and procedures.
I am a highly motivated, organised and hard-working person. My key strengths include: strong attention to detail, with excellent planning and organising techniques with the ability to clearly communicate objectives. I thrive at building and maintaining new and current customer relationships at a variety of levels. I am also very trustworthy, loyal and comfortable accepting any responsibilities entrusted to me.
With a young family, workplace balance has increasingly become important to me and having a flexible work day allows me to devote myself to your business as and when beneficial to us both.

I have worked on my own business within the fitness industry in 2016 so I have had extensive experience of being the head of every role and being a jack of all trades. I have also seen how the needs of a business change in the systems and processes on the back end as it grows. I love automations and seeing how they can be implemented once a process has been created.
I grew my brand via social media through seeing taught knowledge on marketing, digital and sales. Through this success I now offer this help to other businesses to help them grow their online presence and improve lead generation through this method that can often feel like a minefield.
I joined PVAS when I took a break from being boss for a while and have enjoyed working with such a great team across such a varied array of projects and businesses that I am still doing this work whilst going back to fitness work.

I have worked as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant for over twenty years working mainly for businesses in the banking, insurance underwriting, private equity, aviation, and recruitment sectors. I have worked in some very full on and demanding roles in London and gained a mass of corporate experience and knowledge throughout these jobs.
I have always had a passion for organisation, helping create new and more efficient processes and supporting small and large businesses with their day-to-day administration.
